We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient office operations, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings to optimize schedules for senior staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain an organized filing system for records, ensuring easy access to critical information.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and prioritize email correspondence to ensure timely responses.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• Proven skills in receptionist duties, including managing calls and welcoming visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
