Requirements:
- You're based in San Francisco, CA and available on-site
- You have proven success growing short-form content across multiple platforms
- You have a strong design sense for graphics and typography
- You're proficient in editing and motion graphics tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects
- You have a deep understanding of platform-native storytelling formats across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
- You can balance creative instincts with performance data to iterate quickly
- You're highly organized with strong systems thinking and clear communication skills
- You have curiosity about AI tools, automation, and evolving media workflows
Responsibilities:
- Lead short-form content strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and emerging platforms
- Develop and scale new content formats across video, graphics, and written posts
- Hire, manage, and develop producers, editors, and strategists to grow output
- Use data to inform creative direction and maintain a strong culture of experimentation
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, VP of Media, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional leaders
- Help shape how millions of small business owners and ambitious builders experience the Owner brand online
