PIZZA CHEF / PIZZA MAKER (LOS ALAMITOS – TRAINING IN LAGUNA NIGUEL)

We’re looking for 2 skilled pizza chefs to join our team as we expand our Los Alamitos location with a new pizza program.
AND one for our Laguna Niguel Location
This is not a slow shop. We care about quality, speed, and consistency—and we need people who can keep up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making pizzas start to finish (stretching, topping, baking, finishing)
Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Maintaining quality and consistency on every pie
Keeping your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
Supporting prep (dough, sauces, toppings)
Communicating with the team during busy services
What We’re Looking For
Pizza experience preferred (restaurant experience required)
Ability to produce 20–25+ pizzas per hour during peak
Strong work ethic—no hand-holding, no drama
Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
Team player with a good attitude
Available evenings and weekends
Schedule
Training will take place at our Laguna Niguel location
Position will be based in Los Alamitos (new pizza setup launching)
Evening shifts primarily (pizza service hours)
