Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas based on recipes and customer requests
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently
Keep the kitchen clean and organized while following food safety guidelines
Support meal prep for catering orders when needed
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service during busy hours
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality
Help manage inventory by tracking usage and reporting low stock
Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of pizza preparation and general cooking techniques
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Catering or dietary service experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
