Nightingale Senior Care is seeking experienced reliable caregivers to help provide compassionate, one on one care for seniors in North Orange County area. We are hiring for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible part-time hours based on client needs.
Position Details:
Pay $20-23/hour
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (Various shifts available)
Part-Time hours (typically 4-6 hour shifts) weekly pay
Opportunities for additional hours as new clients are assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
Successful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check)
Recent TB TEST ((Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Respectful, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagement
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary
Monitor and document clients' health status and reporting changes
Administer medication reminders
Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols
Uphold clients' rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care
Build positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills.
