Position Overview
Prep Cook Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, marinating, and labeling
• Assist with stocking and kitchen organization
• Follow prep lists and kitchen manager instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food storage procedures
• Support line during peak service as needed
Qualifications
• 1-2 year food industry experience
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team player with positive attitude
• Weekend availability required
• Food Handler Card (certification will be provided if needed)
