The Role
This is a hybrid Front of House position requiring versatility and a high standard of service:
The Bar: Craft elevated, signature cocktails and provide expert wine and spirit service with speed and precision.
The Floor: Provide knowledgeable, attentive table service, guiding guests through our premium steak cuts and fresh seafood offerings.
The Experience: Engage with guests to create a welcoming, "neighborhood favorite" atmosphere while maintaining professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (fine dining or elevated casual) is preferred.
Skillset: Strong mixology and server skills and knowledge of seafood, steak, and wine pairings.
Reliability: We are looking for team-oriented professionals who are dependable and bring a positive energy to every shift.
Passion: You genuinely care about the quality of the food you serve and the experience of the guest in your care.
