N360 Group is seeking a skilled, energetic, and highly accountable Nightlife Operations Manager to help lead the operation of a fast-paced nightlife venue.
We are looking for someone with strong hospitality instincts, real operational awareness, and the ability to lead from the floor. This person should be comfortable supporting service, bar execution, team accountability, and guest experience at the same time. The right candidate knows how to stay sharp under pressure, solve problems quickly, and help create a strong, well-run shift from start to finish.
Salary
$50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits!!

Key Responsibilities
Help oversee nightly operations across floor and bar
Maintain service flow, team awareness, and operational consistency
Support staff supervision and on-shift accountability
Address guest concerns, complaints, and special situations professionally
Assist in driving a positive, fast, and well-organized service environment
Work closely with leadership to strengthen standards and improve execution
Help protect the energy, quality, and guest experience of the venue
Ideal Candidate
Has experience in nightlife, hospitality, bar, or entertainment-driven venues
Understands how to manage both guest experience and team performance
Brings confidence, maturity, and strong communication to the floor
Is hands-on, dependable, observant, and solution-driven
Can move between service, bar support, guest recovery, and staff oversight with confidence
Wants to grow with a team that values attitude, accountability, and execution
