Lead Baker (3AM Start) – Artisan Wholesale Bakery (Garden Grove)
Pay: $18–21/hr DOE
Schedule: Early morning (approx. 3AM–9/10AM)
Location: Garden Grove (must live nearby)
We’re hiring an experienced baker for early morning production + light delivery work.
This is a fast-paced, independent role in a growing wholesale bakery.
What You’ll Do
-Run early morning bake (bread + pastry)
-Manage deck + rotary ovens
-Pack wholesale orders accurately
-Prep pastry for next day
-Occasionally handle local deliveries
Requirements
-1+ year bakery experience (bread preferred)
-Comfortable working at 3AM independently
-Able to move fast, stay organized, and hit timing consistently
-Valid driver’s license (for occasional deliveries)
-Reliable transportation + punctuality is critical

-Likes early shifts and finishing work early
