Cocina Del Monte is expanding! We are a high-energy spot in the heart of Old Town, currently famous for our brunch. As we prepare for a busy summer season, we are thrilled to announce that starting April 30th, we are extending our hours to include dinner service.
We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our family as we transition to a full-day operation. If you love fast-paced environments and authentic hospitality, we want to meet you!

Front of House:
Servers (Experience with fast-paced service preferred)

Back of House:
Cooks (Line & Grill)

The Details
Current Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Brunch Only)
New Hours (Starting April 30th): 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Dinner Service: Thursday through Sunday.
Location: Old Town, San Diego.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable team players with a positive attitude.
Ability to work weekends and holidays (Summer is our busiest time!).
A passion for great food and guest experience.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates for support roles.
