Position
We are looking for a person who can fulfill Front of House duties, such as greet and seat guests, serve food and tea/water.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Warmly greet and seat guests
Ensure personalized and attentive service so guests experience the fine dining experience
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless service
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Follow directions and be able to handle feedback
Possess the ability to work well with a team and under pressure
Help in other areas of operation:
- Set tables
- Make/prepare pots of teas
- Deliver prepared food tiers to customers
- Clear tables
- Wash dishes
Requirements:
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Hard working and fast paced
Able to work under pressure
Effective time management skills
Physically able to stand for long periods
Availability on weekends and certain holidays
Must possess a polished and professional demeanor
