We are currently seeking reliable and professional Pool Monitors for an assignment in Oceanside, California, with service starting May 23, 2026.
Schedule:
Friday to Sunday & Holidays
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Monitor pool area for safety and compliance with community rules
Enforce pool policies and ensure a safe environment for residents and guests
Report incidents and maintain daily activity logs
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence
Requirements:
Strong communication and observation skills
Reliable and punctual
Prior security or pool monitoring experience preferred (not required)
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
