We’re currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team on a full-time NOC shift. If you’re passionate about providing steady, compassionate care overnight and want to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment, this role is for you.

🩺 What You’ll Do
Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care based on resident acuity and regulatory standards
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Supervise and guide nursing staff, including training, assignments, competency monitoring, and performance support
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and privacy through daily rounds, infection control, and emergency procedures
Coordinate resident care, including admissions, changes in condition, and physician communication
Accurately document care and utilize the EMR system in compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
Administer medications and treatments, monitor for drug interactions, and support restorative care and ADLs
✅ What You’ll Bring
Active LVN license
BLS certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
