🩺 What You’ll Do
Coordinate and oversee admissions and discharges, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
Provide high-quality nursing care, including daily resident assessments and individualized care plans
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and assisting with education and performance evaluations
Safely administer medications and treatments, monitor for interactions, and respond to emergencies as needed
Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, residents, families, and community guests
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care through effective communication and report review
✅ What You’ll Bring
Active RN license
BLS certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
Strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and a heart for service
