Full time: 40 hrs/a week
This role combines leasing/management responsibilities with basic maintenance oversight. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and service-oriented who takes pride in their work.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day operations of the property, including resident relations, leasing, and basic maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Leasing & Management
Showing units to prospective tenants
Processing applications and assisting with lease paperwork
Communicating professionally with residents
Enforcing community rules and lease terms
Rent follow-ups and basic administrative tasks
Understanding and following Fair Housing guidelines (knowledge preferred, not required)
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Basic unit maintenance and repairs (light plumbing, electrical, fixtures, etc.)
Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
Turning units between tenants
Maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
Cleaning common areas such as Laundry Rooms, pool etc.
Working with vendors when needed
Requirements:
Basic maintenance experience required
Strong customer service skills
Good work ethic and reliability

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred but not required
Ability to manage both office and hands-on responsibilities
Must be organized, dependable, and professional
