Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist working remotely.The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, implementing robust network security measures, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role includes providing technical support for end-users, ensuring reliable system functionality, and resolving hardware and software concerns. Collaboration with team members to enhance IT operations and ensure data integrity will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Exemplary Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely effectively as part of a team
- Experience with IT systems supporting compliance or construction firms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Certifications in networking or IT security, such as CCNA or CompTIA Security+, are advantageous
