What You'll Be Doing:Customer Service- Greet and engage customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
- Create exceptional buying experiences that turn prospects into repeat buyers
- Support the overall dealership experience across sales, service, and parts
- Maintain a tidy, polished, and customer-friendly sales floor and personal appearance
Sales Execution- Proactively generate and follow up with leads to build a full pipeline
- Guide customers from first touch through delivery and post-sale follow-up
- Clearly present products and benefits to close sales profitably
- Accurately enter deals in the dealer management system (DMS) and process all documentation
- Handle trade-ins and grow our brokerage/yacht sales as part of the dealership's future growth
Requirements
What We're Looking For:- Proven track record in marine, RV, auto, or powersports sales
- Strong customer-first mentality with high energy and confidence
- Knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine products is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership systems (computer proficiency is a must)
- Team player who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
