• Strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce.com from Service Cloud Implementation
• Minimum 5yrs of Salesforce.com experience and overall minimum 10 yrs
• Certified in Salesforce Service & Sales cloud
• Hands-on person on Salesforce.com configuration
• Customer Facing with combination of Business & Functional skills
• Strong Customer Facing and able to understand Customers requirements and pain points; and capable to map functional requirements with SFDC
• Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines - Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
