Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to oversee large, complex environmental projects involving regulatory compliance, cross-functional coordination, and strategic alignment. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring deliverables meet all municipal and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental project management, regulatory processes, and stakeholder coordination-bringing a results-driven mindset and technical proficiency in project and GIS tools.

Essential Functions:
• Lead the execution of large-scale environmental projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate planning sessions and coordinate across cross-functional teams, including technical experts, legal, regulatory, and field staff.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all project activities comply with municipal codes and environmental regulations.
• Proactively address project risks and issues, ensuring deliverables align with client's strategic goals and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure the preparation and submission of accurate, timely reports and documentation to regulatory agencies. Provide clear, regular status updates to client leadership.
• Other duties as assigned by OMS or the client.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
o Three (3) years of project management experience in consulting, utilities, or environmental services, and
o Two (2) managing vegetation management projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
o Conduct a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
o Approval by Client Representative.

Working Conditions:
Environmental Factors: Indoor and outdoor conditions; exposure to heat, cold, potentially hazardous chemicals, toxic materials. Noise level is usually moderate. Pay Range

$83,200.00 Annually to $124,800.00 Annually
