Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO), based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The CTO will lead the company's technology strategies, oversee software and product development, and manage IT architecture. The role involves directing technology-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development to design, build, and improve innovative tech solutions.
- Strong expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture for creating scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructures.
- Proven experience in Project Management to successfully lead and deliver complex technical initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, ideally in IoT or telematics solutions, is highly desirable.
