Responsibilities- Leading high-impact projects defining the future of Zoom Meetings, including join flow, in-meeting UI, audio/video settings, and AI-driven features. Own design strategy and execution end-to-end, focusing on refined, production-ready visuals.
- Setting a high standard for visual and interaction design quality across the Meetings experience, with a focus on polished UI, layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, and accessibility) to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence.
- Contributing to driving high-quality design within the Meetings team, collaborating with leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the broader Zoom Meetings vision.
- Using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
- Owning design execution in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering teams.
What we're looking for- Have extensive (8 yrs+) of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction design.
- Hold a Bachelors or equivalent experience required.
- Motion design experience is a great additional skill.
- Have experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders across different timezones.
- Be an expert in visual design, with a passion for polish and a keen eye for detail in spacing, layout, motion, and visual flow.
- Be proficient in Figma (and other tools) for design and prototyping, with a solid systems-thinking approach.
- Have excellent communication skills, able to influence and inspire partners with new design thinking and articulate design decisions effectively.
- Have experience designing across multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile, and other devices), with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.

Maximum:
$339 300,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
