What This Role Is All About
The
Remote IT Support Specialist plays an important part in keeping technology dependable across a large and fast-moving healthcare environment. This role provides hands-on support that ensures caregivers and staff have access to the systems and tools needed every day.
Responsibilities include technical analysis, identity access management support, and assistance with business and clinical workflow needs. This position identifies and resolves technical issues, collaborates with Information Technology partners, and participates in activities that strengthen system reliability. Work involves troubleshooting, system updates, monitoring performance, and contributing to a stable and secure technology environment.

What This Job Looks Like
- Provide hands on technical support for technology users across the healthcare system
- Troubleshoot Windows environments along with hardware and software issues
- Assist with identity access management processes and account requests
- Maintain clear documentation for workflows and system configurations
- Support incident response by collecting information and helping resolve technology issues
- Monitor performance of systems and identify areas that need attention
- Participate in system integration efforts with Information Technology teams
- Assist with maintenance of important enterprise software tools
- Join in testing and evaluation after updates and system changes
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and review activities
- Recommend improvements that enhance system stability and user experience
- Track, document, and communicate changes that affect key systems
