Lead a team of 3-4 computer programmers on software development projects for various clients as assigned. Lead team by applying superior procedural and technical knowledge. Provide team with guidance on company/industry best practices. Act as a technical resource through the development process to help resolve issues. Ensure that development follows project plan. Confer with leadership when novel/complex issues arise or there is a need to deviate from the assigned project plan. Develop company business relationship with clients by identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients and notifying leadership of the same. Work with the following tools and technologies: PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker.
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. One (1) year of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.
