Bombdiggity Dogs Burgers & Brew is hiring a line cook.
Veteran-owned burger, hot dog, and craft beer spot at 261 N Mountain Ave, Upland. Grill, flat top, fryer, and expo. Burgers, loaded dogs, wings, and specialty fries. Not a huge brigade. You will actually cook.
Pay: $18 hour, based on experience. Paid weekly.
Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday. Closed Mondays. Weekdays end early (out by about 7–8). Fridays and Saturdays run later, usually done by 9 or 10. Full-time preferred. Strong part-time considered if you can work weekends.
What you will do:
Work the grill and flat top during lunch and dinner
Drop fries, tenders, and wings and keep the station clean
Plate to spec and call tickets
Prep when it is slow
Follow temperature logs and health-code basics
What we need:
Real line experience. Burger, grill, or casual kitchen is fine. Fine dining is not required.
You can handle a Friday night without falling behind
Food handler card, or you can get one before your first shift
Reliable. If you call out, call out early.
Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift about 30–40 lb
Nice to have: fryer and flat-top speed, some Spanish, a ServSafe manager card.
