If you like the privilege of working both inside and in the open air near animals such as horses and peacocks, this job may be for you! You will be working with developmentally disabled adults, who are high functioning adults with behavioral issues. We maintain a staffing ratio of one staff member for each three consumers.
Experience is not required, however you must have a strong work ethic and good people skills such as a kind, caring heart with an ability to treat people with respect at all times. You will receive excellent paid training in the field of developmental services from one of the most respected agencies in San Diego County. It is a great opportunity for career building.
