Primary Responsibilities
• Grow Superior's installation business and develop new installation relationships.
• Production: print, laminate, cut, prepare, stage and palletize graphics/displays.
• Perform routine printer maintenance, especially the flatbed, and maintain media inventory.
• Receive and ship crates/pallets; handle pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Perform site surveys, obtain dimensions, evaluate surfaces and recommend materials.
• Build and train an installation team, preferably developing talent from within.
• Develop new business during slower production periods and reconnect with past clients.
• Post completed installations/projects to social media and support creative marketing.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
Availability & Flexibility
This is a deadline-driven event and signage role. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, travel, and urgent client needs may require schedule changes. Superior will work to provide appropriate rest and time off after unusually demanding projects when operationally possible.
Installation Team Income
As the installation team grows, additional compensation may be earned from installation work performed personally, as lead installer, or through team members. The current planned rate is $0.25 per square foot per person working under you, subject to the specific project and company requirements.
