JT Solution Partners is seeking a personable, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant for a residential community. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective residents, showcase the community, and help deliver a welcoming experience from the first tour through move-in.
What you’ll do
Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospective residents
Learn what each prospect is looking for and guide them through the leasing process
Maintain accurate applications and resident files
Support resident communications, events, and day-to-day relations
Assist with marketing, customer service, and leasing office operations
Represent the community with professionalism and attention to detail
What you’ll bring
At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience or 1 year of customer service and sales experience
Strong communication and follow-up skills
A professional, service-focused approach
Yardi experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and availability to start soon
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Schedule: Full-time
