We are a busy, fast-casual brunch restaurant looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Cashier to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making great coffee, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing espresso drinks, lattes, matcha, and other specialty beverages
Following beverage recipes accurately and consistently
Operating the register and providing friendly, efficient customer service
Running completed beverages to guests’ tables
Keeping the coffee/barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked
Maintaining quality and presentation during high-volume service
Working closely with the front-of-house team to provide a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista experience preferred
Previous cashier/POS experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
Passion for coffee and beverage preparation
Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy brunch service
Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the restaurant
Weekend and holiday availability is required
Latte art experience is preferred, but not required
