BikesOnline is opening its first retail showroom in San Clemente, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Assistant to join us for one shift every Saturday.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong bicycle knowledge who enjoys sales, helping customers and creating memorable in-store experiences.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you’ll help deliver an engaging and welcoming showroom experience every Saturday. Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver Exceptional Showroom Experiences: Welcome customers, guide bike selection, conduct test rides, recommend accessories, and offer basic fitting adjustments.
Drive Sales & Relationships: Process POS transactions, build lasting customer relationships, and proactively follow up on abandoned carts, consultations, and click-and-pick orders during downtime.
Maintain Showroom Standards: Keep the sales floor clean and stocked, manage inventory replenishment, assist with opening/closing, and collaborate across teams.
Who You Are:
Customer & Sales Focused: Passionate about bikes, skilled at building rapport, experienced in retail/hospitality, and motivated by sales goals.
Proactive & Organized: Comfortable working independently, managing downtime productively, and actively following up with customers via phone and email.
Reliable: Dependable, organized, and available to work every Saturday.
Schedule and Compensation
Saturdays 9am - 5pm
$25.50 per hour
