Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks for long-term, full-time openings with reputable companies in South Anaheim.
This is a hands-on warehouse and logistics role for candidates who have experience managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory, and shipping documentation.
Job Duties
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Prepare and process outgoing orders for shipment
Create and maintain shipping documents, packing slips, and labels
Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight companies
Enter inventory and shipment data into company systems
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Load and unload deliveries as needed
Organize warehouse stock and receiving areas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous shipping and receiving experience required (1+ year preferred)
Experience using shipping software and inventory systems
Knowledge of packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping procedures
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Forklift experience a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, not required
Positions are local only. Job sites are in Santa Ana, Orange, Anaheim, and Tustin. Candidates should live nearby or have reliable transportation to these areas.
