# Bilingual Tile Supervisor / Field Supervisor
**Alvarez Brothers Tile Stone** is looking for an experienced **Bilingual Tile Supervisor (English/Spanish)** to join our team\.
We specialize in **high\-end custom residential tile and stone installations** throughout Orange County and surrounding areas\.
We are looking for someone with strong tile installation knowledge who can supervise multiple crews, communicate professionally with general contractors, superintendents, designers, homeowners, and our office, and make sure every project meets our quality standards\.
### Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple tile installation crews and projects
- Visit jobsites daily and monitor quality, progress, and scheduling
- Communicate clearly in **English and Spanish**
- Communicate professionally with GCs, superintendents, designers, homeowners, and project managers
- Review plans, elevations, specifications, and tile layouts with installers
- Verify layouts and details before installation begins
- Identify jobsite problems and help resolve them before they affect schedule or quality
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, manpower, and jobsite needs
- Inspect waterproofing, preparation, tile installation, grout, and finished work
- Create and manage punch lists and ensure corrections are completed
- Take progress photos and provide updates to the office
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Enforce company quality and safety standards
### Qualifications
- **Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish**
- Strong experience in tile and stone installation
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
- High\-end/custom residential experience preferred
- Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, and specifications
- Strong understanding of layouts, waterproofing, substrates, large\-format tile, natural stone, mosaics, and custom installations
- Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills
- Organized and able to manage several projects and crews at the same time
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependable and punctual
