WAREHOUSE & FLEET ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

Plantscapers, Inc., a well-established, family-owned interior plantscaping company, is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse & Fleet Assistant to join our growing team in Irvine.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes staying active, keeping things organized, working with their hands, and being part of a team. You’ll work closely with our Project Install Manager to help keep our warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and installation materials organized and ready to go.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and efficient
Organize plants, pottery, tools, equipment, and installation supplies
Receive and inspect deliveries and properly stage materials
Prepare plants, containers, tools, and materials for upcoming installations
Load and unload company trucks
Keep installation vehicles stocked, clean, and ready for jobs
Help coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, oil changes, and car washes
Maintain basic fleet maintenance and repair records
Assist our installation team on job sites when needed
Help with inventory, shipping, seasonal/holiday projects, and special projects
Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Dependable and punctual — this is extremely important!
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Organized with good attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, landscaping, facilities, installation, or similar hands-on experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems
Plant knowledge is a plus, but definitely not required
SCHEDULE:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
On-site in Irvine, CA
PAY:
$23–$26/hour, depending on experience
