We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote our On-Site Private Sushi Chef and Sushi Catering services throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and nearby areas.
Our experienced chefs travel to customers’ homes or event venues and prepare fresh, restaurant-quality sushi on-site. Customers select from our established menu packages and service options for events such as:
• Birthday parties
• Family gatherings
• Home parties
• Corporate events
• Weddings and celebrations
• Church, school, and community events
• Other private and special events
This is a flexible, remote, commission-based opportunity. No office attendance or fixed working hours are required. Sales Representatives may work from home and choose their own schedules, making this a suitable opportunity for someone seeking flexible or additional income.
You may promote our services within your own community, personal network, local businesses, social media, or professional connections.
People who speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, or other languages are welcome to apply. We are hiring multiple representatives to reach different communities.
Responsibilities:
• Find potential customers who are planning private events
• Introduce our On-Site Private Sushi Chef and Sushi Catering services
• Share our approved menu packages, photographs, pricing, and promotional materials
• Explain the available menu packages and service options to potential customers
• Connect interested customers with our booking team
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Do not promise menu changes, discounts, prices, or services without prior company approval
Compensation:
• Commission only; no hourly wage or base salary
• For each new customer you personally bring to us, you will receive a 20% commission on the first two completed and fully paid events
• A 10% commission applies to later events only when your continued sales effort directly produces the booking
• Commission is calculated on the selected menu-package price per guest multiplied by the confirmed number of guests
• Sales tax and any gratuity or tips are excluded from the commission calculation
• No commission is paid on canceled or refunded events
• Complete commission terms and payment details will be explained during the interview and included in a written agreement
Qualifications:
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable communicating with people
• Sales, catering, restaurant, or event experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently
• Existing community, business, church, school, or social connections are helpful
• Must communicate honestly and professionally with customers
This position does not involve preparing sushi or working at events. Your primary responsibility is finding and referring customers.
