Position Overview
Cinergy Financial is seeking an experienced, highly organized customer service professional to manage service requests for existing client accounts in a fast-paced financial planning office. The primary focus of this role is accurate processing, consistent client follow-up, and timely completion of routine account updates. The successful candidate will be a responsive self-starter who can manage detailed requests and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, document, and respond promptly to client account-service requests by telephone, email, and in person.
Prepare and process routine updates for existing client accounts, including beneficiary changes, address and contact-information changes, banking updates, and other client-service requests.
Identify the correct forms and supporting information required for each request and provide clear instructions to the client.
Review all forms for accuracy, completeness, signatures, dates, and required documentation before submission.
Follow up with clients promptly when information, signatures, or documents are missing.
Submit completed requests to the appropriate custodian or provider and track each item through completion.
Confirm that requested changes were processed correctly and resolve incomplete or rejected items promptly.
Keep clients and advisors informed of request status, delays, and any additional requirements.
Maintain accurate client records, notes, and task updates in the firm's systems and protect confidential information.
Assist with additional client-service and office responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in the financial services industry.
Experience in client service, existing-account maintenance, service-request processing, or a comparable document-driven role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent record of accurate, complete work.
Understanding of client confidentiality and the importance of following firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
Strong follow-through and the ability to track multiple open service requests to completion.
Ability to identify missing or inconsistent information before documents are submitted.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain service requirements clearly and professionally.
Fast, accurate typing and efficient data-entry skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn and use multiple client-record, task-management, and financial-services software systems.

Compensation
Starting compensation is $23 per hour and above, depending on experience.
