We are a growing design-build construction company serving Orange County and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help meet with prospective clients, present proposals, follow up, and close projects.
We work on ADUs, additions, major remodels, custom homes, and commercial construction projects.
Our average job size $300,000 and you will earn a percentage of that.
This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential.
** What You’ll Do
Meet prospective clients throughout Orange County
Conduct project and site consultations
Understand the client’s scope, budget, goals, and timeline
Present construction proposals
Explain the company’s process and answer client questions
Follow up consistently with leads
Negotiate and close contracts
Maintain relationships with prospective clients
Develop referral relationships and generate new opportunities
Coordinate a smooth handoff after a project is sold

Experience in construction, remodeling, real estate, roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales is preferred, but not required.
This is primarily a field sales position, not a desk-based telemarketing role. You should be comfortable regularly meeting clients at their properties throughout Orange County.
For residential home-improvement sales, the selected candidate may be required to obtain or maintain the appropriate California CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson registration.
