Job Title: Sales & Social Media Specialist (Lead Follow-Up & Marketing)

About the Role
Are you tech-savvy, great with people, and skilled at turning social media interest into real appointments? We are a local used car dealership looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Social Media Specialist to help drive our marketing and manage incoming buyer leads.
In this role, you will be the primary voice behind our online presence and the main point of contact for converting online inquiries into scheduled showroom visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media & Advertising: Create, post, and manage vehicle listings and promotional content across platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Lead Management & Follow-Up: Promptly respond to phone calls, emails, messages, and website leads.
• Customer Communication: Build rapport with potential buyers, answer questions regarding vehicle inventory, and provide excellent customer service.
• Appointment Setting: Guide interested customers through the initial inquiry phase and set confirmed appointments for test drives and sales representatives.
• Computer & Administrative Tasks: Update inventory details online, manage customer information in our CRM/database, and organize follow-up schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong proficiency with computers, social media management, and online sales platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus!
