We are seeking an associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Speaking Portuguese is a plus.
Our associate will work closely with the senior partners and manage family law matters from strategy through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements; handling discovery; conducting legal research; and representing clients at hearings, RFOs, MSCs, settlement conferences, and trial. The right applicant will be an active member in good standing of the State Bar of California with strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills, excellent judgment and organization, and the ability to handle high-conflict and emotionally sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
Vogler Law Offices, PC offers a competitive salary of $120,000 – $155,000, depending on qualifications. We also cover malpractice insurance, State Bar dues, and approved MCLE trainings in full.
