We are a growing call center located at:
Irvine,CA
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Debt Settlement Sales Team. If you have experience in debt settlement, debt relief, collections, or call center sales/customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Speak with prospective and existing clients regarding debt settlement programs
Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
Handle inbound calls
Educate clients on available debt relief options
Overcome objections and help clients find the best solution
Retain clients and resolve customer concerns
Follow up with leads and existing accounts
Document all conversations and account activity in the CRM
Maintain product knowledge and compliance standards
Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
Requirements:
Sales and/or customer service experience required
Debt settlement, debt relief, collections, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
We Offer:
Competitive Base Pay / Commission (based on experience)
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
