AnQi Bistro is looking for a serious, experienced bartender to join our team at South Coast Plaza.
This is an opportunity for an experienced bartender who loves the craft, enjoys taking care of guests, works fast and clean, and wants to be part of a professional restaurant team — without the late-night lifestyle of a traditional bar.
AnQi is part of the House of An restaurant group, known for modern Asian cuisine, signature cocktails, an extensive wine program, private events, and elevated hospitality.
🍹 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a real bartender with solid experience behind the bar.
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or comparable environment is required.
You should be comfortable with:
Craft and classic cocktails
Spirits and proper pours
Wine and wine service
Beer
High-volume service
Bar setup and organization
Multi-tasking while engaging with guests
Working quickly without sacrificing quality
Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and organized
Supporting your fellow bartenders, servers, and management team
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that great hospitality is a team sport.
