NOODS is looking for an energetic, friendly, and hospitality-driven Barista to join our coffee cart team inside South Coast Plaza.
We’re looking for someone who can bring great energy, move with purpose, and make every guest feel welcome — while serving beautifully crafted coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

What You’ll Do
Craft and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Create drinks that look as good as they taste
Welcome every guest with genuine, upbeat hospitality
Take orders and accurately handle POS and cash transactions
Keep the NOODS coffee cart looking clean, polished, and ready for service
Restock cups, ingredients, syrups, milks, and supplies throughout the day
Help monitor inventory and communicate when items need to be reordered
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work together with the team to keep service fast, smooth, and fun
Who We’re Looking For
Previous barista, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred
Espresso machine and milk-steaming experience is a big plus
Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests
Able to stay organized and positive during busy periods
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Detail-oriented with pride in presentation
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
