OFFICE MANAGER – FULL TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY. 8am – 4:30 pm.
We are accepting applications for Office Manager at our Huntington Beach office. Minimum of 4 years management experience, preferably in a construction trade but position is also open to all qualified applicants!
Drive policy and processes compliance, team management. Other duties of a small office. Great Benefits, PTO, Starting Hourly pay up to $39.

Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management, enforce policy and procedures
• Vendor credits and purchasing problem solving
Accounts payable
Claims – auto and workers comp
• Human Resources including employee onboarding, benefits administration
• Subcontractor management
• Contracts review
• Manage purchasing and service requests
• SAP -Maintain Customer Supplier portals safety requirements, safety meeting preparation.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Timecard duties
• The go-to office support person.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Four years experience in office management
Strong organizational skills
Takes direction well and proactively manage tasks to ensure alignment with executives’ instruction.
Excellence Communications skills, verbal and written.
Takes on challenges and confront problems tactfully.
Detail oriented, accurate.
Able to multitask.
Prudent in handling confidential matters
Two years experience in Accounts Payable
Team Player
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Foundation, Spectrum a plus) and Microsoft Office
Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, Word
A degree in accounting or business administration is a plus.
