We are looking for an experienced, reliable server to join our sushi omakase restaurant.
Qualifications:
• Previous serving experience required
• Sushi, or omakase experience strongly preferred
• Professional, attentive, and comfortable providing high-level guest service
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Punctual, dependable, and responsible
• Knowledge of sake and wine is a plus
IMPORTANT – SCHEDULE RELIABILITY:
We are specifically looking for someone who can commit to their scheduled shifts. Once the schedule is posted, we expect team members to take responsibility for the shifts they are assigned.
Of course, emergencies happen and we understand that. However, frequent shift swapping, giving away shifts, or last-minute schedule changes will not work for this position.
We have a small team, so reliability is very important and everyone’s attendance affects the rest of the staff.
