OUT OF MEXICO is a growing company located in Downtown San Diego, specializing in the import and wholesale distribution of chile peppers.
We are looking for a bright, motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Quality Control Assistant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Shipping samples to clients
• Sending samples to laboratories for testing
• Tracking and monitoring client shipments
• Preparing and providing documentation for shipments
• Organizing and maintaining samples and records
• Assisting with quality control and general office duties
• Providing excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bilingual English/Spanish – speaking and writing
• Very bright, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Outgoing, friendly, optimistic, and energetic personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate and connect with people from different backgrounds and personalities
• Assertive, but not pushy
• Very thorough and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
