Responsibilities
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research studies across Cox Automotive products
- Recruit and screen participants representing dealers, OEMs, and consumers
- Synthesize findings into insights, personas, and journey maps
- Translate research into clear UX recommendations and design requirements
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in agile teams
- Create and present reports, presentations, and storytelling artifacts
- Support usability testing of new and existing experiences
- Advocate for user-centered design across cross-functional stakeholders
