As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll help create meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, and purpose to our residents through engaging activities and programs.
✨ What You'll Do:
Lead and participate in individual and group activities
Assist with planning and organizing Life Enrichment programs
Support daytime, evening, and weekend activities as needed
Maintain activity attendance records and resident documentation
Update community bulletin boards and electronic displays
Help create a vibrant and engaging living environment for residents
✅ Qualifications:
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for working with seniors
Strong organization and communication skills
