Club San Diego is hiring part time for housekeeping/front desk roles.
We want to be transparent about what this position looks like day to day. While guest interaction and front desk service are important parts of the role, approximately 80% of the job involves cleaning, maintaining, restocking and physically turning over our facility and guest areas, which about 20% involves more traditional front desk and guest services responsibilities.
We consider this a hospitality position, but hospitality here is delivered largely through the environment we create and maintain for our guests. The cleanliness of the facility, the presentation of each space, the availability of amenities, and the attention given to small details areal part of the guest experience. In many ways the work happening behind the scenes is just as important as the service happening at the front desk.
Because of that, this is a hands-on physically demanding position, and maintaining those standards throughout an entire shift can be challenging. If you feel you will not be able to complete the task please do not apply.
You must be able to physically complete all the task required for this position without any special assistance, also have the ability to self regulate under sometimes extreme pressure.

8pm-4am Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
4pm-12am Friday, Saturday, Sunday
12am-8am Saturday, Sunday
