👨🍳 CHEF
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef who can work directly alongside our kitchen team and help maintain strong execution throughout service.
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience required.
• Strong cooking, preparation, timing, and presentation skills
• Maintain established food-quality, portion, and presentation standards
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, rotation, and storage procedures
• Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team
• Handle responsibilities efficiently during busy service
• Lead by example and work alongside the kitchen team
• Understand portions, waste, food cost, and quality control
This is a hands-on kitchen position.

🔪 LINE COOK
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who can confidently operate a station in a fast-paced kitchen.
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience required.
• Strong food-preparation and knife skills
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards
• Execute multiple tickets efficiently during service
• Maintain food-quality and presentation standards
• Keep workstation clean, stocked, and organized
• Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Complete assigned opening, service, and closing duties
• Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled

🔥 FRY STATION COOK
We are seeking an experienced Fry Station Cook who can maintain an organized station and execute orders quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience required.
• Fry-station experience preferred
• Execute orders efficiently during busy service
• Maintain appropriate cooking times and temperatures
• Follow established recipes, portions, and preparation standards
• Keep station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep orders moving
• Complete assigned opening, service, and closing duties
• Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled

💰 COMPENSATION
Chef: $20–$25/hour
Line Cook: $20–$25/hour
Fry Station Cook: $20–$25/hour
Pay within the posted range is based on the position, relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
Positions are part-time to start. Additional hours may become available.
