Scena Fusion Kitchen & Bar is looking for dependable, professional, and team-oriented individuals to join our Front-of-House team.
We are an Italian-inspired restaurant with a steakhouse influence, where attentive service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are at the heart of the guest experience.

🍽️
BUSSERS
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and properly
• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized dining room
• Keep service and bus stations stocked and ready
• Assist Servers throughout service
• Remove dishes and glassware efficiently
• Refill water and assist with guest needs as assigned
• Anticipate what needs attention and take initiative
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service
• Complete opening, service, and closing responsibilities
🍽️
SERVERS
• 1–2 years of restaurant serving experience required• Provide attentive, polished, and knowledgeable service
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the team
• Develop familiarity with our Italian-inspired menu, steaks, wines, and cocktails
• Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout the dining experience
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently and professionally during busy dinner service
• Support teammates and contribute to an exceptional guest experience
• Complete opening, service, and closing responsibilities
🍽️
RESTAURANT HOSTS
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Assist with seating and the flow of the dining room
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Communicate wait times and seating information clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance
• Communicate guest needs with Servers and management
• Monitor the dining room and assist wherever needed
• Help create a polished and memorable first impression
• Complete opening, service, and closing responsibilities

COMPENSATION
