**Schedule:** 5 days per week. **Must be available Saturdays.** Sunday off and one weekday off.
**Compensation:** **$2,900–$3,500 per month base pay**, depending on experience, **plus commission opportunity** on eligible collected sales after training.

**Prefab Granite Depot** is an established kitchen and bath remodeling showroom specializing in **cabinets, countertops, slabs, fabrication, installation, and remodeling services**. We work with homeowners, contractors, designers, and installers throughout San Diego.
We are looking for an experienced **Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Consultant** who understands the remodeling process and can help customers from the first showroom visit through **quote, follow-up, selection, and job handoff**.
This position is best for someone who already has hands-on experience in the kitchen and bath industry and understands **cabinets, countertops, measurements, layouts, materials, customer follow-up, and closing sales**.
## **Ideal Candidate**
We are looking for someone with **at least 5 years of experience** in one or more of the following:
- **Kitchen and bath showroom sales**
- **Cabinet sales or design**
- **Countertop sales**
- **Slab/material sales related to countertops**
- **Remodeling sales**
- **Flooring or tile sales**
- **Home improvement sales**
- **Interior design or project sales**
The right person should already understand how a kitchen or bath project moves from **customer inquiry to estimate, measurement, material selection, scheduling, installation, and final completion**.
## **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist showroom customers with **cabinets, countertops, slabs, and remodeling selections**
- Understand customer needs and help guide them through the **kitchen and bath process**
- Review **measurements, layouts, drawings, photos, and customer project details**
- Prepare **quotes and estimates** for cabinets, countertops, and related services
- Follow up with **leads, open quotes, past customers, and unfinished opportunities**
- Help customers select **materials, colors, slabs, sinks, edges, cabinets, and accessories**
- Enter customer information, notes, and follow-up steps into the **CRM**
- Track customer status and move opportunities toward **closing**
- Communicate clearly with **office staff, warehouse, fabricators, installers, and management**
- Help coordinate **measurements, selections, delivery, installation, and job handoff**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
- Work with **homeowners, contractors, designers, and walk-in customers**
- Help increase sales while maintaining strong customer service
**Requirements**
- Minimum **5 years of relevant kitchen, bath, cabinet, countertop, remodeling, flooring, tile, showroom, or home improvement sales experience preferred**
- Must understand the basic process of **kitchen and bath remodeling**
- Must be comfortable discussing **measurements, layouts, materials, and project details**
- Must be able to prepare quotes and follow up professionally
- Must be confident speaking with customers by **phone, text, email, and in person**
- Must be organized and able to keep accurate customer notes
- Must be comfortable using **email, computers, CRM systems, and quoting tools**
- Must be **reliable, punctual, professional, and presentable**
- Must be available to work **Saturdays**
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to follow company systems
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
## **Compensation**
- **Base pay: $2,900–$3,500 per month**, depending on experience
- **Plus commission opportunity** on eligible collected sales after training
