Hi,
We are hiring 3 telemarketing sales reps per U.S. time zone. This is a high-volume phone role. You will live on the dialer. If that sentence made you tired, stop reading — this isn't for you.
Read this part before you get excited.
This is 50–100 outbound calls a day, Monday through Friday. Not "some days." Every day. Here's the good news that makes those numbers doable: you are not cold-selling a product. The leads are provided. Your job is to call businesses and inform them of what they need to do to stay compliant with Licensing laws and regulations — then move the process forward. These businesses are responsive and not mad that you called. It a lot of case, they are happy you called.
Who actually thrives in this seat:
1.You're comfortable on the phone all day and you can prove your volume with numbers.
2. Proficient with Go High Level software
3. You don't need a manager standing over you — you're already dialing.
4. Rejection bounces off you. Call 61 sounds as sharp as call 1.
5. You're organized: you actually disposition your leads and follow the process instead of winging it.
6.You show up every day for months and years, not weeks. We're building a team, not filling a seat until you get bored.
What you'll actually do:
Call the leads we provide in our CRM — all the info you need is right there to reference.
Inform the business about their radio compliance obligations.
Get to the decision-maker and gather their full name and email address.
Disposition every lead cleanly in the CRM.
Send the invoice out to the customer by email.
That's the loop. Call, inform, capture the decision-maker, disposition, invoice. Rinse and repeat, all day.
What you get:
Uncapped commission — top performers earn real money, not "potential" money.
Everything handed to you: leads, scripts, CRM, dialer, training. You bring the mouth and the follow-through.
Fully remote, working your own time zone's business hours.
A real team, not a call-center farm — with room to grow as we expand across all four time zones.
Important:
We get flooded with applications from people who want a job. We want people who can do this job — which, as you just read, is all about follow-through and attention to detail. Don't waste my time!
To apply, send a short message with all three of the following, in this order:
1. Start your message with the word "DIALED" so we know you read to the end.
2. The most calls you've personally made in a single day, and what you were calling about.
3. One sentence: what keeps you going on a day when the first 40 calls go nowhere?
Applications missing any of these three go straight to the trash. That's not us being difficult — that's the exact attention to detail this job runs on.
Serious workers, we want to talk. Everyone else, we wish you well elsewhere.
Regards,
MGMT
